The civil construction foundation of Xinjiang Xinye Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 200kt/year BDO (1,4-butanediol) Phase II project is nearing completion, with plans to hand over the civil construction for installation in mid-September.
On August 11, at the construction site of the 200kt/year BDO Phase II project located in the East Industrial Park of Wujiayu Economic and Technological Development Zone, numerous cranes stood tall, and construction workers were engaged in steel structure installation and welding.
The 200kt/year BDO Phase I project of Xinye Energy and Chemical was completed and put into operation in 2019, with stable operation and achieving production and efficiency. The Phase II project has a total investment of 2 billion yuan and a construction period of 18 months, which is expected to see mechanical completion and production startup in end-August, 2024.
