ICE cotton futures close down
ICE cotton futures market fluctuated down on Wednesday as concerns of crop damage in Texas due to freezing weather conditions waned, ahead of weekly export data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. 　December Futures 2017 contract closed at around 68.31 cents per pound, down by 0.28; March Future 2018 contract at 68.2 cents per pound, down by 0.30. 

Cotlook A Index was hovering at 79.25 cents per pound down by 0.3.
